Roles and Responsibilities
- Daily reconciliation of all Food & Beverage revenue.
- Preparation of daily/month beverage, cellar and tobacco cost.
- Calculation of standard cost (incl. yield test) of recipes/cocktails.
- Carry out cash counts and spot-checks.
- Posting of individual beverage sales, and reconcile with bar stock.
- Preparation of daily/monthly “Ventilation of Discount Report.”
- Daily physical stock control of all points of sale of the Food & Beverage Department.
- Monthly physical inventory of all Food & Beverage Department.
- Carry out a bi-yearly inventory of all operating Equipment (OPEX) of the hotel.
- To keep accurate records of tasks and duties performed every day, in the respective books.
- Communicate with the Financial Controller on day-to-day matters.
Experience
At least 3 years of Experience in similar position
