Qualifications & Competencies

1. Minimum SC
2. Clean morality certificate is a must.
3. Willingness to work on Public holidays, Sundays etc.
4. Good command of English & French Language.
5. Flexible

Roles and Responsibilities

• Transfer luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles, or transportation terminals, by hand or using baggage carts.
• Receive and mark baggage by completing and attaching claim checks.
• Greet incoming guests and escort them to their rooms.
• Assist physically challenged travellers and other guests with special needs.
• Inspect guests’ rooms to ensure that they are adequately stocked orderly and comfortable.
• Pick up and return items for laundry and valet service.
• Explain the operations of the room to the clients such as lock system, ventilation systems and television.
• Responsible for delivering the food or other items guests order to rooms upon request.
• Transporting guest’s luggage.
• Storing luggage for guests as needed before or after check-in/checkout, and loading it directly into their vehicles.
