Roles and Responsibilities
• Collaborates closely with the management to develop & execute short term, medium & long term human resource strategies that support effectively Premaman’s business objectives & goals
• Recruit as per the needs of the company with close monitoring of Manpower Planning.
• Assist with the preparation ,process and checking of payroll
• Administer and explain benefits to new and existing employees
• Co-ordinate and manage the recruitment process
• Provide assistance to Managers and employees on HR issues; records any communications regarding HR issues.
