Qualifications & Competencies

Bachelors in Law, Masters preferred

Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure least risk and exposure to the business
 Knowledge of employment and labour laws
 Good research skills
 Good communication skills (articulation and presentation)
 Ability to manage and work well in teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing and vetting various commercial contracts, amendments, addendums, deeds etc. with
various vendors;
 Assisting with negotiations of legal terms in various contracts to ensure least risk for the Company
 Advising the management on day to day labour law issues and compliance etc.;
 Coordinating with all the departments to assist in legal and compliance aspects;
 Ensuring various statutory compliances by the company
 Coordinating with all the departments to assist in legal and compliance aspects;
 Ensuring various statutory compliances by the company
 Supporting the business with respect to any legal advisory and/or review it may need
 Liasoning with external vendors to ensure compliance with all laws

Experience

8-10 years’ with relevant experience. Certifications would be an add on
