Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelors in Law, Masters preferred
Drafting and reviewing contracts to ensure least risk and exposure to the business
Knowledge of employment and labour laws
Good research skills
Good communication skills (articulation and presentation)
Ability to manage and work well in teams.
Roles and Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing and vetting various commercial contracts, amendments, addendums, deeds etc. with
various vendors;
Assisting with negotiations of legal terms in various contracts to ensure least risk for the Company
Advising the management on day to day labour law issues and compliance etc.;
Coordinating with all the departments to assist in legal and compliance aspects;
Ensuring various statutory compliances by the company

Supporting the business with respect to any legal advisory and/or review it may need
Liasoning with external vendors to ensure compliance with all laws
Experience
8-10 years’ with relevant experience. Certifications would be an add on
