Qualifications & Competencies

- Minimum HSC but a Degree from a recognized institution will be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities


- Drafting of contracts
- Drafting of proposal letters
- Retrieve invoices and any other document from archive/filing to be sent to debtors
- Scanning of all contractual documents
- Daily filing of invoices
- Ensure stocks of relevant documents (brochures, application forms, stationery, subrogation stamps etc.) are sufficient
- Preparation of sanction letters
- Send correspondences by post to credit insurer and any other party
- Manage Sales team and manager’s calendar
- Attend calls

Experience

- At least 1 year in the same job role in a busy working environment
