Roles and Responsibilities
- Install and maintain network hardware and software, analyze problems, and monitor networks to ensure their availability to users
- Provide technical support to end-users regarding computer hardware and software
- Installing and basic configuration network switches and routers
- Troubleshoot and solve TCP/IP network problems, in all showrooms
- Managing back up of servers
- Train users in various software applications and network-related procedures
- Troubleshoot problems reported by users and make recommendations for future system upgrades
- Install and configure Symantec clients on computers and servers
- Configure and maintain user login accounts and email accounts
- Maintain records of software licenses and hardware
