Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of the Company.
Review and maintain systems and procedures for maximum efficiency.
- Manage staff for optimum performance.
- Enhance Company image.
- Apply strategic planning to determine Company and Unit objectives.
- Hire and supervise senior staff.
- Keep abreast of all changes in the legislation and take measures to implement such changes
- Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximise operating efficiency while minimising risks.
- Coordinate financial and budget activities.
- Apply all Anti Money Laundering measures as needed.
