- Degree in Economics/Finance/Banking (or similar subject)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Meet, greet and make clients feel valued in all interactions with the Bank
- Establish business relationships through pre-arranged, well planned calls and excellent follow up
- Actively involved in understanding customer’s financial needs
- Provide customers with prudent advice, recommendations and solutions that are tailored to their financial needs
- To provide clients with prompt and excellent service
- Develop and maintain an active list of prospects, actively look for new relationships
- Liaise with clients and internal departments in connection to applications for credit facilities
- Comply with all internal or external regulations and policies
- Minimum 3 years experience in Banking environment
