Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise the service to maintain the quality standard according to the norms established.
- Make sure that all the rules concerning ordering and billing are respected in ac consistent manner.
- Conduct frequent inspection of the cleanliness of the work place, equipment and mise-en-place.
- Assist in the planning, controlling and coordinating the restaurant organization.
- Assist F&B supervisor in conducting inventory of materials and to make sure that they are correctly used and controlled.
- Ensure the application of policies and procedures of the restaurant.
- Verify quantity and quality of requisition supplies received from storekeeper to ensure conformity with requisition list.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of all food and beverage items served.
- Enquire guests’ satisfaction and handles guests’ complaints to establish good guest relations.
- Support in the implementation and maintaining a food safe workplace by following company's food safety policies and procedures
Experience
At least 3 years at a supervisor level.
