Qualifications & Competencies

- Degree IT Management or any other equivalent academic qualifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements of the company
- Effectively monitor, control and support service delivery, ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are followed
Conduct feasibility studies for a variety of projects upgrade and improvements
- Test network performance and provide statistics and reports.
- Audit systems and assess their outcomes
- Establish and maintain regular written and in-person communications with managers, department heads, and end users regarding infrastructure activities
- Prepare request for quote, contracts, scope of work reports, and other documentation for projects and associated works
- Manage IT personnel through fair implementation of recruitment, training and performance appraisal policies and procedures

Experience

- Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in a Network, ERP and Infrastructure role, out of which, at least 2 years in a management position
- Proven experience in implementing Disaster Recovery site, back up replication technology and scope of work deployment and evaluation
