Qualifications & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. A third language will be a plus.
-Minimum SC as educational background or NC 3 in related trades.
- NC 4/5 or alternative qualifications.
-Clean morality certificate is a must.
-willingness to work on Public holidays, Sundays etc.
- Willingness to work from 15.00 p.m to 08.00 a.m on the next day.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure proper check-in and check-out of guests, as well as the settling of bills and to provide foreign exchange service.
- To provide customer service, assistance and guidance to guests as required.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4* or 5* Hotel environment.
