Qualifications & Competencies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French. A third language will be a plus.
-Minimum SC as educational background or NC 3 in related trades.
- NC 4/5 or alternative qualifications.
-Clean morality certificate is a must.
-willingness to work on Public holidays, Sundays etc.
- The position requires extreme availability [Late/Early departures and arrivals] and a good general knowledge, as well as being aware of current affairs and events.
Roles and Responsibilities
To assist guests with reservations and queries, supervise guest arrival and departure, co-ordinate and arrange special requests and organise the delivery of guests’ luggage with porters under the supervision of the Head Concierge.
Experience
- Minimum 2-4 year of experience in a 4* or 5* Hotel environment in a Front Office Position.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Hospitality/Public Relations
