Qualifications & Competencies
• At least a School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
• National Certificate Level 3 in Food Production or equivalent qualifications.
• National Certificate Level4/5 in Food Production or equivalent qualifications.
• A Clean Certificate of Character is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
• High levels of integrity.

Roles and Responsibilities
To assist the Chef de Partie in setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of all food items prepared in assigned station, and participate in other food production areas as required. To prepare pizza on order.
Experience
• A minimum of 1 year of working experience as Demi Chef De Partie.
