Qualifications & Competencies

•At least a School Certificate or equivalent qualifications.
•National Certificate Level 3 in Food Production or equivalent qualifications.
•National Certificate Level 4/5 in Food Production or equivalent qualifications.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of all food items prepared in assigned station, and participates in other food production areas as required.

Experience

• A minimum of 1 years of working experience as Chef De Partie.
• Food Handlers Medical Certificate
• A Clean Certificate of Character is a must.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
•High levels of integrity.
•Passionate about service.
•Creative and innovative.
