Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum a Diploma in Hospitality or tourism Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and persuasion skills, including the ability to demonstrate diplomacy, tact and patience
- Well versed in Mathematics and Budgetary Analysis
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Well-organised, autonomous, and detail-oriented
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the smooth operation of the reservations unit to maximise guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.
Experience
1+ year of experience in a similar capacity in 5-star resorts and in Revenue Management
