Qualifications & Competencies
Degree in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Roles and Responsibilities
To assist the Manager in enhancing the delivery of an effective HR service in accordance with local legislation, HR best practices and company policies, comprising of, but not limited to:
1) Administration
Create, manage and maintain the HRIS
Manage Medical Plan of employees
2) Recruitment
Assist the Manager in Manpower Planning & Recruitment Process.
3) Employee Benefit and Payroll Processing
Oversee employee's benefits & administer employees monthly payroll and prepare associated reports.
4) Employee Relations
Promote a harmonious work environment & advice on employment legislation.
Handle Trade Unions.
Handle welfare management.
5) Performance Management and Employee Development
Implement a Performance Management System
Analyse and plan employee needs in learning, training and development.
Make recommendations to Management for Training that need to be prioritized.
6) Health and Safety
Ensure that the company is compliant with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
7) HR Projects
Initiate, plan and implement improvement in the company systems and processes
Implement an HR Metrics and reporting system.
Experience
Require 3 to 5 years of experience with good knowledge and network in the same field
