Qualifications & Competencies
- Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Management.
- Conversant with shop drawings/Construction drawings.
- Strong experience of aluminium and allied products.
- Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications.
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
- Holder of a valid international driving licence.
Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Operation Manager, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
- Proactively oversee all aspects of the organisation and management of sites establishment, documentation, transport, site facilities, man power, materials,equipment, day-to-day running.
- Communicate, monitor, and coordinate works with main contractor, architects, consultants, and clients' representatives.
- Develop & administer quality control provisions.
- Promote and implement costs reduction policies and waste control.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards & OSHWA 2005 regulations.
Experience
At least 10 years of working experience in a similar position, preferably within a contracting environment.
