Qualifications & Competencies

1. The ability and willingness to inspire others; leading by example, role modelling the school's vision.

2. Appropriate teaching qualifications and experience; Mathematics related Degree and PGCE.

3. The ability and commitment to be an excellent classroom teacher, teaching IGCSE/O-level Mathematics. The ability to teach A-Level Mathematics is not a requirement but will be an advantage.

4. A strong commitment to high standards of teaching and learning.

5. A genuine commitment to the wellbeing and pastoral care of children.

6. Excellent inter-personal skills with students, colleagues and parents.

7. Excellent administrative, organisational, and ICT skills.
