Qualifications & Competencies

Higher School Certificate or any related technical qualifications

Excellent IT Skills and knowledge
Good communication Skills
Ability to work under pressure and independently
Eye for detail

Roles and Responsibilities

Monitoring and operating the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room
Managing associated alarms and call monitoring
Follow protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV Control Room and its facilities
Operate a range of remote call monitoring, alarms and communication facilities contained within the Control Room
Maintain accurate records of data recordings and events, using incident reporting software
To support the CCTV Manager and site supervisor by providing monitoring of the maintenance program to ensure full provision of the system

Experience

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position
