Roles and Responsibilities
Provide the highest standard of food quality and presentation to maximize Guest Satisfaction while at he same time maximizing profit margins through the effective management of relevant kitchen operations.
Experience
- Minimum Higher School Certificate (Form 6) plus vocational training, trade certificate.
- 3+ years of relevant experience for Demi Chef de Partie.
-2 years of relevant experience for Commis Cook.
- Sound Knowledge of working practices of the kitchen.
