Qualifications & Competencies

Roles and Responsibilities

•Provide Support to clients remotely and onsite
•Proactively monitor Clients Network’s , Servers and in line business Applications
•Assist in infrastructure Project implementation and provide documentation wherever required
•Manage Backup Systems, Antivirus Server and Firewall
•Perform installation, maintenance of Desktop Computers and Microsoft Office suite.
•Maintenance of Emails server (Exchange)
•Provide advisory Services on best Practices for existing IT environment
•Manage Wide Area Network and Security Devices
•Other Responsibilities as assigned

Experience

•A good HSC or BAC coupled with a degree in IT
•CNNA or any CISCO qualification will be an advantage
•A MCSA Windows server 2012 qualification will be preferred
•Fluent in English & French
•Holder of a valid Driving Licence
•2 to 3 years of experience in system and Network administration will be prefered.
•Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Environment
•Sound Knowledge of Active Directory Services
•Knowledge of MS-Exchange Server
•Knowledge of Symantec Backup and Security Solutions Suite
•Good Knowledge of MS desktop Products such as office Suites, Desktop operating Systems such as Windows 7, 8 and 10
•Working knowledge of MS-SQL Server
•Sound Knowledge of Networking concepts specifically TCP/ IP, and WAN/ LAN.
