Qualifications & Competencies

1. Minimum HSC
2. Be holder of a valid licence for private car
3. Minimum of two years experience in the field
4. Tertiary Education desirable.

Roles and Responsibilities

1.Ensuring proper order management
2.Follow up on delivery
3.Ensure retail sales activation
4.Understand customer needs & wants
5.Ensuring products visibility by placement of POS
materials
6.Offer significant added value to customers
7.To convey the right attitude & to motivate the sales force
8.Ensure all outlets are properly merchandised
9.Ensure best positioning of coolers, racks and other
merchandising materials
10.Address performance issues of subordinates
(salesmen, helpers & merchandisers) & identify
training needs
11.Perform merchandising, stock rotation and follow up
placement of equipment & credit sales
12.Regularly communicate to the Operations Manager
relevant market information and competitors’
activities
13.To ensure proper Trade Age Management
14.To reinforce our merchandising standards on
coolers, racks and shelves
15.To enhance the visibility of our products both inside
and outside all outlets
16.To ensure that all our signs are kept clean and
presentable
17.To increase numeric distribution.
