Roles and Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Business Development Executive to work either on a full-time or part-time basis. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating leads and supporting new business revenue to Eagles Eye Solutions (EES). Working as part of a dedicated business development team, the Business Development Executive will have her own prospect portfolio focused on specific business sectors. She will be responsible for developing a sales contact plan/CRM database, building and implementing marketing strategies including social engineering, pitching to small and medium sized clients and other cognate duties.
Experience
A Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field
Experience in a Business Development role would be a definite advantage
Must have Digital Marketing and Business Development skills, including tele-marketing, presentation, negotiation and communication
A Project Management background would be an added advantage, but not mandatory
Ability to create and implement a marketing plan and how to reach sales targets based on your selling approach
Ability to carry out a Market Research in training services and manage a strong prospect list
Identify new revenue opportunities for the company and maximize training products and advisory services potential in Mauritius and overseas
Must be fluent in communicating (speaking and writing) in English and French
Ability to interact with and influence multiple sales channels
Ability to manage and track lead generation and a sales pipeline through a CRM system
Ability to organize and prepare business development materials
Good knowledge of MS-Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
