Qualifications & Competencies

• Effective listener and communicator
• Deal tactfully with irate, impatient or demanding customers
• Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures up to the tiniest detail
• Keen eye for detail and the drive to serve satisfactorily
• Must have good computer skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle telephone transactions and answer customer queries.
• Effectively communicate ideas, suggestions and answers.
• Refer customers to people who specialize with the type of problem or query they present.
• Assist the Leasing RMs in their administrative tasks.
• Deliver outstanding client service by executing financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures
• Drive efforts in the branch to identify and implement a positive overall client experience.
• Deepen client relationships by effectively executing all services and referring bank products while achieving goals through daily sales activities and branch sales promotions.
• Complete disclosure to the customers in terms of accreditation, service fees and commission
• Sales of products and services to walking and new clients
