Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum Form V or equivalent
- NTC 3 from Hotel School or equivalent
-Excellent communication skills
- Extensive wine knowledge
-Clean Certificate of character is a must
- Food Handlers’ Medical Certificate
- Sales Oriented
-Ability to work as a team player
-Willingness to work on public holidays & weekends
Roles and Responsibilities
- To provide advice to guests in choosing the most appropriate wine to accompany their meal, and serves wine according to the highest standards.
Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Hotel or Institutional Catering Business
- 2-4 years of experience in F&B service
