Qualifications & Competencies
- A Minimum SC/GCE O Level/NC 3 in related trades
- NC 4/5 or alternative qualifications
- Food Handlers Medical Certificate
- A Clean Certificate of Character is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Roles and Responsibilities
- To plan, co-ordinate and supervise the smooth and efficient operation of one’s allocated section on a daily basis, as per instructions of his/her Manager.
Experience
- 2-4 years experience as Chef de Rang from a 4 or 5 stars hotel.
- 2-4 years experience In Hotel or Institutional Catering Business.
