Qualifications & Competencies

- Excellent inter-personal and linguistic skills, both written and verbal, in English and in French
- Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
- Detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality

Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting to the GM/COO, the job incumbent will be mainly required to:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Manage GM/COO agenda and coordinate meetings at different management levels
- Schedule, draft and compile presentations, reports, agendas and minutes of meetings
- Maintain comprehensive records while ensuring proper filing and archiving systems
- Filter telephone calls and direct visitors

Experience

- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum five years of proven experience as Secretary to Senior Management
