Qualifications & Competencies

- Holder of a Minimum of a Higher School Certificate

- Fluent in French, English, both writing and speaking

- Customer service oriented

- Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

- Strong organisation skills

- Presentable with excellent grooming standards

- Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team

- Residing in the region of Plaine Wilhems, Port-Louis, Moka,Q.Militaire and Montagne Blanche

Roles and Responsibilities

•Advise customers on products, carry out and close sales
- Meet and exceed agreed sales Target

- Maintain your sales outlet clean and tidy

- Keep an excellent after sales service

- Ensure customers service satisfaction and good client relationship follow up on sales activity

- Advise management of all customer feedback

- Perform any other cognate duties as may be assigned by Management

Experience

- At least 1 year experience in a similar environment

- Knowledge of sales and marketing
