Assistant supervisor

Qualifications & Competencies

The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and a perfectionist or most precisely a "Cleanaholic."

Candidate must:
-Reside in the north;

-Have an excellent command of English and French, both speaking and writing;

-Have a valid Driving license - This is a COMPULSORY requirement;

-Past experience in the same job position is preferred;

-Excellent geographical knowledge of Mauritius;

- A certificate in the cleaning industry will be a definite advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will assist or replace the technical supervisor on job sites. Besides the supervisor, he/she will be the second person in charge of the job and will ensure that each cleaning leaves a WOW effect on the customer.

Experience

A past experience in the same job position is preferred but is not compulsory.

As far the candidate is a perfectionist and a people person, the training offered will help him/her enter the assistant's supervisor very quickly.
