Qualifications & Competencies
We are looking for a HR Manager for one of our clients:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required. Master’s Degree preferred.
· Equivalent work experience may substitute degree requirement
Roles and Responsibilities
To plan, implement, and direct the human resources functions of the Company.
Primarily responsible for ensuring the Company hires, trains and retains the most talented employees in all areas of the business – field, operations management, and office & support personnel.
He/she serves as the primary resource for all aspects of human resources management and provides direction and support in the administration of all human resources functions to include: legal compliance and employee relations; salary and wage administration; benefit administration; recruitment and employment and workers’ compensation.
Experience
Minimum 5-10 years in increasingly more responsible HR leadership roles.
