Mini Club Animator

Qualifications & Competencies

- Minimum SC
- Fluent in English & French
- A third language will be a definite plus

Roles and Responsibilities

- Customer Service and Operations

- Welcome parents and guests to the Mini Club and show them around.

- Monitor all activities and no child is left unobserved

- Reports all breakage’s / losses

- Helps the supervisor to market the Resort once the children have left by:

- Sending them birthday cards

- Corresponding with the children

- Cleans the inside and outside of the club to the highest of standards

- Ensures all necessary forms are filled in by the parents

- Replace the Supervisor on his /her OFF day or when on leave

- Health & Safety

- Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviours

- Conversant and adherent to First Aid practices and Child Safety

- Ensure Occupational Safety and Health Act, local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policy are met.

Experience

- Minimum of one year experience in the same position
- Hotel or resort experience
- First Aider
- Swimming
