Project Analyst

Qualifications & Competencies

We are looking for a Project Analyst for one of our clients:

Type of contract : Temp to Perm
Duration : Initial period 3/6 months

Minimum : ACCA qualified/ Bachelors’ Degree
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
-Good Technical IT Skills
-Strong outgoing personality, ready to take initiatives and work autonomously;
-Project Management skills;
-Able to multitask and coordinate several assignments simultaneously

Roles and Responsibilities

a) Treasury :
Assist with treasury reporting.
Review treasury processes/reporting and assist with the design of the treasury system/reports. Also assist in training MRU Treasury team and sites on new treasury system/reports.
Assist with reviewing the treasury process further to the change in banks.
Assist with the additional reporting. requirements further to ETAL acting as obligor on Sberbank & VTB.

Any other ad hoc project
b) Payroll :
Assist with the updating of personnel file of Expats (Contracts, KYC…etc) and generate periodic reporting for relevant stakeholders
Assist with payspace implementation (if we go that route)
Assist with payslip project

c) Accounting :
Assist Assistant Finance Manager with month end close

d) IT projects :
To assist SA IT team with the forthcoming changes in IT infrastructure, pertaining to the Mauritius office

e) Other adhoc :
Assist with any adhoc reporting, analysis as may be required from time to time.

Experience

- At least 5 years working experience in audit, accounting, systems improvement, treasury/payroll (would be a preference)…etc
