Qualifications & Competencies
Qualifications: Minimum Higher School Certificate level;
* Personality: Pleasant, smiling and courteous;
* Language: Good command of both written and spoken English and French language;
* Others: Ability to work morning and evening shifts, on week ends and public holidays on a roster basis.
Roles and Responsibilities
* To ensure guests experiences at the hotel from the moment of check-in to time of departure are of the highest standards;
*To process all tasks related to Front Office: receptionist/ concierge/ cashier/ telephone operator on a promptly and courteous manner.
Experience
* Experience: Industrial placements in hotels will be an advantage, candidates with no experience are also encouraged to apply;
