Acceptable Qualifications from Hotel School (NC3 / NC4) –Restaurant/Bar
Minimum School Certificate
Fluent in English and French
A third language would be an advantage
Is creative and dynamic
Willing to work odd hours
Ability to work in a team

Roles and Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide quality and high standards service in the F&B point of sale and Conference/Meeting Rooms
Organise the layout of the bar lounge to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Ensure high standard customer service at all times
Abide to the safety guidelines for the equipment being used
Manage stocks
Inform the Bar Manager of any complaints or any other problems that may arise
Ensure that all rules concerning the Billing and Ordering are adhered to
Assist in the training and coaching of team members

Experience

Minimum 2 years experience in sililar position
