Acceptable Qualifications from Hotel School (NC3 / NC4) –Restaurant/Bar
School Certificate or Equivalent (Minimum )
Fluent in both English and French
A third language would be an advantage
Dynamic and motivated
Willing to work odd hours
Team worker

Roles and Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide high standard of service in the F&B point of sales and Conference/Meeting Rooms
Contribute to guest satisfaction through the quality of work and exemplary behavior
Help to increase the outlets revenue through sales efforts
Create an overall pleasant dining atmosphere and magnifique experience for the guests
Attend to customer complaints efficiently and heed any issue to the parties concerned and ensure follow-up actions
Maintain work environment clean and tidy, including storage areas and equipments used during work shift
Keep equipment in the point of sale in good condition, informing of any need for technical intervention

Experience

2 Years experience in similar position
