Qualifications & Competencies

School Certificate or Equivalent (Minimum)
To be computer literate
Fluent both in English and French
Third language would be an advantage
Outgoing
Willing to work odd hours

Roles and Responsibilities

Welcomes and seat guests in F&B point of sales.
Demonstrates genuine concern for guests well being at all times.
Provides required information to guests on hotel offers and facilities.
Monitors proper guest service in the restaurant
