Site Supervisor (Aluminium)

Qualifications & Competencies

HSC minimum

Conversant with shop drawings/ construction drawings

Strong experience of aluminium and allied products

Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications

Excellent organisational, inter-personal and communication skills

Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

Holder of a valid license

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of projects in respect with schedule, quality of work and budget

Liaise with Factory Supervisor for planning of works

Ensure that delivery of materials on site is made as per planning set

Attend site meetings with main contractors and client representatives

Submit progress reports to Contracts Manager on site activities

Monitor labour force with respect to productivity, daily attendance, leave approval and transport planning

Ensure all workers have proper tools, equipment and personal protective equipment

Implement and promote Health & Safety policies and procedures on sites

Liaise with client for after-sale service or repairs

Monitor sub-contractor performance & progress

Experience

At least 5 years of working experience in a similar position
