Qualifications & Competencies

Diploma in Estimation / Quantity Surveying

Fully conversant with shop drawings and construction drawings

Self-organizer with strong analytical skills

Ability to work under pressure

Holder of a valid driving license

Roles and Responsibilities

Estimate quantity of materials and prepare costing of tenders

Take off quantities from plans and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)

Check and measure requirements for production

Advise clients on technical matters

Liaise with clients, architects and engineers

Prepare all supporting documents for tenders

Create and update clients' data on computerize system

Experience

minimum + years of proven experience , with specialization in fit-out/joinery, preferably gained in a construction or contracting environment
