Roles and Responsibilities

The Solana Beach, a 4 star resort located in Belle Mare and which forms part of the group Southern Cross Hotels is actually looking for a Human Resources Officer with the following responsibilities:

-Write up letters, emails and assist in data entry
-Follow up all administrative tasks and report progress
-Update Sicorax Human Resources and Payroll software
-Ensure proper filing of all confidential files
-Coordinate and monitor meetings and interviews
-Responsible for photocopies, scanning and faxes
-Assist the Human Resource Manager in all HR projects
-Attend meetings when required and draws minutes of meetings
-Participate in the organisation of staff party, sports and social activities
-Sound knowledge of disciplinary procedures

Experience

- At least 2 years' working experience in the field of HR /Administration mostly in the Hotel Industry
- A sound knowledge in the Sicorax HR and Payroll software would be an advantage
- Computer Literate mostly in Microsoft Office
