Qualifications & Competencies

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing in the WEB services field for one of our clients.

Post: Full time, part time or freelance.

SKILLS
• High interest in sales.
• History of good work performance.
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
• Persuasion skills, interpersonal skills, ability to influence others.

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

• Good knowledge of the Internet, MS Word and Excel
• Understands and communicates sales objectives and plans
• Able to develop an effective customer base development strategy
• Able to apply basic technology/tools efficiently in daily activities
• Knowledge of the Hospitality industry will be a definite advantage

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL

• Minimum SC preferred or equivalent experience


Holders or a driving license will have a definite advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

The resources will be expected to sell/market an online Booking system and other related services to bungalow owners, small hotels and guest houses.

Remuneration

a. Full time - Rs 6,000 basic, 25% of the first month payment + 3% on all active contracts brought in by them and paid on a monthly basis.
Based on 10 contracts signed per month, It is expected that their remuneration will exceed Rs 20,000 at the end of the year.

b. Part Time/ Feeelance. 50% of the first month payment + 3% on all active contracts brought in by them and paid on a monthly basis.

Post is open for person excelling in one-one sales contact by phone and onsite visit.
