Qualifications & Competencies
Knowledge in server administration skills with domain configuration and maintenance
Knowledge in configuring a proxy server and creating firewall rules
Knowledge in monitoring system and intrusion detection system
Well versed with network and servers like DNS/DHCP/AD/EXCHANGE/EMAIL SERVERS
ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks
Proactive, self-motivated and can do attitude
Have a good interpersonal skills and show a willingness to work with multiple groups with varying technical skills
Roles and Responsibilities
Follow checklist and comply with data centre procedures and policies too ensure that operational activities are executed according to prorities in a timely and effcient manner
Monitoring of infrastructure and data centre, enviroment status
Generate periodic reports and meeting target dates for sending out internal and clients report
Implementing and maintaining the solution design agreed with the customer for data centre services
Providing services Desk support including 24*7 telephone helpdesk facilities
Proactively monitoring trouble ticket and SLA parameter tracking
Assisting users in IT related issues
