Qualifications & Competencies

We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Officer for one of our clients:

• Minimum SC preferred or equivalent experience

High interest in sales.
• History of good work performance.
• Strong communications skills, both oral and written.
•Persuasion skills, interpersonal skills, ability to influence others.

•Good knowledge of the Internet, MS Word and Excel
•Understands and communicates sales objectives and plans
•Able to develop an effective customer base development strategy
•Able to apply basic technology/tools efficiently in daily activities
•Knowledge of the Hospitality industry will be a definite advantage.


Holders or a driving license will have a definite advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

The resources will be expected to sell/market an online Booking system and other related services to bungalow owners, small hotels and guest houses.

Remuneration:

a. Full time - Rs 6,000 basic, 25% of the first month payment + 3% on all active contracts brought in by them and paid on a monthly basis.
Based on 10 contracts signed per month, It is expected that their remuneration will exceed Rs 20,000 at the end of the year.

b. Part Time/ Feeelance. 50% of the first month payment + 3% on all active contracts brought in by them and paid on a monthly basis.

Post is open for person excelling in one-one sales contact by phone and onsite visit.
